After years of moving my way up the corporate ladder, I found myself feeling stuck, stressed, and tried of bringing my laptop on every family vacation. Looking at my next 30 years in this career, I went on mission create a new path for myself.
Once I realized that there was more than one way to be a CFO, everything shifted.
I realized that being tied to a single corporate role wasn’t the only path to success.
- I took a leap of faith and transitioned to a Fractional CFO role, which allowed me to work with multiple small businesses on my terms.
- Embracing this change wasn’t easy—it required a mindset shift and a willingness to step outside my comfort zone. But once I did, everything transformed.
- I discovered a new way of working that offered flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to make a significant impact on several businesses.
